MS Fundraiser at CoArts Gallery on April 20, 2007

I am one of the artists that will be on display at a fundraiser to benefit research into a cure for multiple sclerosis (MS), a joint effort between CoArt and JDS Sportscoaching, LLC.  My pictures will be on display throughout the month of April and you will be able to see them on the first Friday.

20% of the proceeds of art sales April 20, 2007, from 5-9 (846 Santa Fe Drive, Denver www.co-art.net)  will be donated to MS. Artists from throughout the metro area present a colorful blend of techniques, themes and media (painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, glass, wood, and jewelry).  There is an entrance fee of $20.00 at the door, which covers a donation to the Tyler Hamilton Foundation and wine and cheese.

The JDS Factory Team races bikes but also raises money and awareness for MS.  The team will join 2000 recreational cyclists in the Colorado MS 150 Bike Tour this summer (www.jdssportcoaching.com) and will send three members to Europe to participate in the unique physical and philanthropic challenge of the MS Global race (www.tylerhamiltonfoundation.org) which is a physical challenge mirroring the struggles of individuals with the daily ups and downs of MS.

Landscapes of Colorado Book

I am one of a handful of photographers included in a book entitled Landscapes of Colorado, mostly containing landscape paintings of Colorado.  The book is curated by Ann Daley and will be published late in the summer of 2007.  There will be a show at the Robischon Gallery in LoDo and stay tuned for information about a reception.
