Events

I am very honored to have been selected this year for the Salon D'Arts event to benefit the Denver Art Museum.  Salon du Musée is modeled after the Paris art salons of the late nineteenth century and serves as a public forum designed to promote the exchange of ideas between artists and viewers.  With works selected by Denver Art Museum curators, the exhibition and auction will feature significant artworks from each genre.  Each curator has invited artists to submit a select number of works, resulting in an exhibition of over eighty works ranging in value from $250 up to $100,000.

I am excited to announce that there is a small exhibit of six of my prints on display at the Framed Image framing shop for the month of September, 2010.  Framed Image is a leading Denver supplier of fine frames, mirrors, vintage posters, fine art, Asian furniture, and wall decor.  Framed Image is conveniently located in the Happy Canyon Shopping Center at Hampden and Dahlia.  I hope that you are able to stop by and see my work there.

I spent five days in May in a bus with fourteen other crazy people bumping along the back, back roads of Iceland trying to get as close to the erupting volcano as possible and I absolutely loved it!  This exhibit is a follow on to the highly successful one from last year, this time there are even some "fire" pictures in the collection.
